On the basis of collecting and collating relevant documents, the book makes a comprehensive review of the key areas and problems involved in the construction of Belt and Road, such as economy, sustainable development, regional integration, strategy, mode and mechanism, and so on. In the section on economic issues, it focuses on the development of natural resources, agriculture, industrialization, trade, investment, finance, and cooperation with China in the countries along the route of Belt and Road. The book summarizes the recent progress in new urbanization, environmental protection, education, think-tank cooperation and people-to-people connectivity under the framework of Belt and Road. The relationship between Belt and Road and the Eurasian Economic Union, ASEAN, Central and Eastern Europe, Shanghai Cooperation Organization, etc. In the part of strategy, mode and mechanism, it focuses on the cooperation strategy, mode and mechanism of the countries along Belt and Road.
